Sourced from Stirlingshire in Scotland and tanned here at our Skye tannery, this beautiful brown sheepskin rug is wonderfully soft underfoot. Featuring a short, dense fleece, it offers a luxurious feel and rich natural texture, making it an easy addition to living spaces, bedrooms, reading nooks, and cosy corners throughout the home.

While we know the region these fleeces come from, the exact breed remains unknown, adding to their individual character and charm. Each sheepskin is completely unique, with natural variations in markings, shape, and colouring ensuring no two rugs are ever the same.

Hand-finished in our own tannery on the Isle of Skye, every rug celebrates the beauty of natural materials and traditional craftsmanship.

Care & Maintenance Advice

Our Mimosa sheepskins are washable with care. Please brush regularly to keep your fleece looking good for longer.

Delivery

Dispatch time: orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Made to order items: estimated dispatch times are indicated on individual product pages.

Delivery: UK orders are sent via 48hr tracked delivery services (Royal Mail or ParcelForce)

International Shipping

Delivery times: EU and North American orders should take 7 to 14 working days and further afield to within 7 to 21 working days. If you require more information please contact us.
Shipping costs: International Shipping is calculated at checkout when you enter the delivery address.
Duties and tariffs: US orders are now being sent duty paid. EU duty paid options are available at checkout. Other orders are liable to in-country charges on arrival. Please look out for DHL emails.

Returns and Exchanges

UK customers:

Exchanges and returns can be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods, without affecting your statutory rights. To request a return or exchange, please return the (unworn/unused) product using the returns form provided in your parcel to our Skyeskyns Waternish address. The original postage fee will be deducted from the refund issued, except in instances where the item is faulty, defective or sent in error.

Exchanged products are sent out to you free of charge.
