About Merino Wool

Merino wool, known for its incredible softness, comes from merino sheep, a breed that originated in medieval Spain. It’s an excellent insulator, often used in high-performance layers for outdoor sports.

To care for your woollen garments, hand-washing is recommended over dry cleaning. Use liquid hand soap, not regular detergent, in lukewarm water for a 5-minute soak. Gently squeeze, don't rub, the garment. Rinse in warm water with a bit of almond oil for fragrance and wool restoration. Afterward, roll the damp garment in a towel to remove excess water, reshape, and dry it flat on a clean towel, away from direct heat sources. Ensure the garment is completely dry before storing it.

Delivery: UK orders are sent via 48hr tracked delivery services (Royal Mail or ParcelForce)

International Shipping

• Delivery times: EU and North American orders should take 7 to 14 working days and further afield to within 7 to 21 working days. If you require more information please contact us.
• Shipping costs: International Shipping is calculated at checkout when you enter the delivery address. 
• Duties and tariffs: US orders are now being sent duty paid. EU duty paid options are available at checkout. Other orders are liable to in-country charges on arrival. Please look out for DHL emails.

UK customers:

Exchanges and returns can be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods, without affecting your statutory rights. To request a return or exchange, please return the (unworn/unused) product using the returns form provided in your parcel to our Skyeskyns Waternish address. The original postage fee will be deducted from the refund issued, except in instances where the item is faulty, defective or sent in error.

Exchanged products are sent out to you free of charge.
