Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Applies to: All wholesale customers purchasing within the United States

1. Minimum Order Requirements

A minimum order value of $1,000 USD is required for all initial and subsequent wholesale purchases.

Orders below this threshold will not be processed.

2. Order Types

•
In-Stock Items: Shipped within 3 weeks of order confirmation.

• Made-to-Order Items: Shipped within 8 weeks of order confirmation.

• Backorders:  will be fulfilled as soon as stock becomes available.

• Part Orders: Where some items are on backorder or made-to-order, part orders will be shipped accordingly.

Please note that sheepskins are a natural product and there will be variations in colour, wool feel and depth as well as size from product to product. This does not constitute a defect but is an expected attribute of purchasing a unique product.

3. Pricing

All prices are landed costs, which means they include shipping and duties. The price list is correct at the time quoted. Prices will be regularly reviewed and adjusted in response to currency exchange rate fluctuations between GBP and USD.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via DHL Express, duty paid.  

Due to our location, all items are picked by a local courier to be delivered to the DHL depot in Inverness on the Scottish mainland.  This can take up to one working day.  Dispatch notifications will be sent once the order has been packed but DHL tracking will only go live upon receipt of the shipment at their depot.

Please note items will be vacuum packed to minimize shipping costs.  Please follow instructions on product care included in shipment.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is collected at the point of shipment. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and bank transfers. Invoices will be issued upon shipment.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team trade@skyeskyns.couk with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Report any damages or discrepancies within 7 days of delivery for prompt resolution.
