Tenter Scotland is the little sister brand to Skyeskyns, born from over 40 years of leathercraft on the Isle of Skye. We bring colour and confidence to leather accessories, blending heritage skills with contemporary design.
Where Skyeskyns is rooted in sheepskin tradition, Tenter leans into surface, colour and expression. We hand-mark bark-tanned Italian leather using water-led, fluid techniques inspired by our sea, sky and mountains. Every piece is marked by hand, so no two are ever the same. That’s not a flaw. It’s the point.

Made by women, on an island
Tenter is made by the same women-powered team behind Skyeskyns. We paint, stitch and finish in our Skye workshop, often juggling roles across both brands. Small-batch, slow-made, and full of attitude—proof that heritage doesn’t have to whisper.
