As a way of saying thank you to our valued customers for their loyalty, we have set up a reward points scheme

Taking part is easy.

All you need is to have registered for an account on our website (this applies to existing registered customers) and to shop online with us.

Click this link to set up an account and make sure to log in when you shop.

The rules are simple.

• Every time you spend £50 on the website, you will earn 2.5 points, or 5 points for every £100 spent.
• Each point is worth £1 and you can start spending your points as soon as you have accumulated just 5 points.
• You can choose to spend your points as and when you wish on future online purchases.
• You may also use your points when ordering with us over the phone.
• Your point total is available in your account information and will also be displayed on checkout
• The points earned after placing an order will show up in your account once the order has been marked as complete, i.e. shipped to you.
• You can spend however many points you wish up to 10% of the value of your basket total (excluding postage).
• For example, if you have 10 points, you can spend up to 10 points on one £100 purchase, 9 points for a £90 purchase, 8 points for a £80 purchase, etc.
• There is no expiry date on your reward points so you can use them when you are ready
• We have now changed the rules so you can also earn reward points on discounted orders because every little helps!
• If you choose to use reward points on an order, you won't earn points for this particular order.

The scheme started on 13th August 2021 and only purchases made on or after this date will earn points.
