Skyeskyns buy in a few select sheepskins from trusted suppliers in other parts of the world to offer our customers a truly global range of products.  Enduring freezing temperatures for most of the year, you will find sheepskins from the Icelandic sheep breed are characterised by their lustrous, long, straight wool and gorgeously thick texture. 

Easy to maintain, they come in a variety of beautiful, natural colours. This dyed rusty brown looks particularly fine on a pale carpeted, wooden or stone floor.  The depth of the pile and long silky fleece on the Icelandic sheepskin means they make a dramatic centrepiece wherever they are placed.  In an entrance hall, living room or bedroom they are bound to draw a gasp of admiration.  Their soft, tanned leather backs will also help ensure they will not slip on any surface. 

Delicious on a favourite chair or thrown over the back of a sofa, the rusty-brown Icelandic sheepskin makes an ideal Christmas or special anniversary gift.

Brush regularly to keep the wool looking lustrous and beautiful. Do not wash or dry clean and follow the instructions on the back of the skin.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order, except where the item is made to order. In this case, please check the description on the item. 

We use tracked services for all orders.  Tracking information will be sent to you via the courier.  International tracking emails usually come through at least 48 hours after notification of dispatch. 

We usually expect UK parcels to arrive 3 to 5 working days from dispatch using a 48-hour delivery service. 

EU and US orders should take 7 to 14 working days and further afield to within 7 to 21 working days. If you require more information please contact us.

Free shipping to anywhere in the UK for orders of £150 and over.

Shipping is calculated at checkout when you enter the delivery address.  We ship worldwide.  

EU customers will be offered the option to pay duties & taxes at the point of purchase or to pay a shipping only rate. 

Please note that, with a shipping only rate, you will have to pay in-country tax and custom charges on arrival.  Although we offer a tracked Express service with DHL, custom checks may delay delivery and unless a duty paid service is available, in-country customs charges will apply.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused during custome checks, these are unfortunately outwith our control.

UK customers:

Exchanges and returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without affecting your statutory rights. To request a return or exchange, please return the (unworn/unused) product using the returns form provided in your parcel to our Skyeskyns Waternish address. The original postage fee will be deducted from the refund issued, except in instances where the item is faulty, defective or sent in error. Products exchanged are sent out to you free of charge.
