Merino

The Merino is an ancient breed of sheep originally from New Zealand.  It can now be found all over the world due to its remarkable versatility.  The sheep have evolved to survive extreme heat and cold. They produce a super lightweight fleece which keeps them cool in summer, while in harsher weather, they will grow a dense layer of extra thick wool to protect them in low temperatures.  These properties are passed on to you, keeping you cool the summer and cosy in the winter months.  Placed on stone or wooden floors, beside your bed, in a bathroom, Merino lambskins are both stylish and practical.  The colour is a natural, bright white and will vary slightly from skin to skin.
