Violin vituoso and holder of the BBC's Young Musician of the Year title, Nicola Benedetti, took time out from her crowded schedule to promote the delights of a Scottish winter at a pine forest in the Cairngorms. Her two huskies, Tasha and Ryker, seemed to approve of her choice of a Skyeskyns' Cossack hat to keep warm.
